How To Set Up The 2010ECL Monitor For An ATSI Test

Setting up the 2010ECL monitor for an ATSI 8000 test.

Procedure for 2010ELC Test On ATSI PCMT-8000

1. Enter 2010ELC Monitor data into Monitor Info (serial number, etc.)

   On the PCMT-8000 go to “Test Setup” Test Standard Caltrans Model 2010, Monitor Type

   16 Channel, Test type Certification, and Test Lap One. (see below)

2. In the MonitorKey software set the following:

   1. Top dip switch: 1,4,6,7 “on” (all others “off”)( RF 2010, GY ENABLE, LEDguard, RF

      SSM)

   2. Middle dip switch: all “on” (SSM on for all channels)
   3. Bottom dip switch: all “on” (SSM on for all channels)
   4. WD Enable: “on”
3. Insert “Regular Test Card” all diodes are soldered in
4. Start test (make sure you Reset Monitor for 5 sec after setting switches)
5. Tester will “beep” when complete
