Procedure For Reno 2018 Monitor ATSI Test

  1. Enter Reno 2018 Monitor data into Monitor Info (serial number, etc.)

  2. On the PCMT-8000 go to “Test Setup” Test Standard Caltrans Model 2010, Monitor Type 18 Channel, Test type Certification, and Test Lap One. (see below)

  3. In the MonitorKey software set the following:
    1. Option dip switch: 7 (2010) “on” (all others “off)
    2. DUAL ENABLE dip switch: all “on” (DUAL ENABLE on for all channels)
    3. RED FAIL dip switch: all “on” (SSM on for all channels)
    4. WD Enable: “on”
  4. Insert “Regular Test Card” all diodes are soldered in
  5. Start test (make sure you Reset Monitor for 5 sec after setting switches)
  6. Tester will “beep” when complete
