What is Dual Indication Fault?

The monitor detects more than one active input (color) on a channel (GY + GR + YR + GYR). When you have a dark approach that is not found in the cabinet, the monitor will have a Dual Indications or Conflict Fault.

What to inspect?

  1. Cabinet wiring
  2. Signal components (load switches)
  3. Shorts
  4. Floating grounds
